Discover
We work closely with you to understand your needs and goals.
During this phase, it's crucial to understand the motivations of your goals to figure out if we'll be a good fit.
We'll work back and forth to suggest various solutions that may work for you and your business.
Included in this phase:
- Mapping out of goals
- Solutioning between us and you
- Archicture and design solutions
Build
Stemming from the discovery phase, we start an iterative build phase. Note, we use the build phase here loosely as not everything is a piece of software - so this can look very different between projects.
The goal here is transform what we discussed in the Discovery phase into reality. Be it, a Generative AI model, industry report from web scraped data, or other data products.
We'll stay in constant contact with you during this phase to keep you up to date and in the loop of developments.
Deliver
Going back to us not taking cookiecutter approaches, we are committed to ensuring the solution we build works exactly as you hoped.
So upon delivery, we'll continue to work with you to ensure that everything is working as you hoped.
